Self-Generating Nitrogen Servicing Unit Model SGNSU-8-45
The Self-Generating Nitrogen Servicing Unit is a self-contained towable unit. The unit provides a means of nitrogen for use in aircraft, charging tires, struts and accumulators, as well as many other uses.
The Self Generating Nitrogen Servicing Unit consists principally of a feed air compressor which delivers compressed air to the separation membrane. A control system controls the purity of the nitrogen and a high pressure gas booster supplies clean, dry, high pressure nitrogen at the desired pressure.
In addition to the gas booster, feed air compressor, membrane and prime mover, the Nitrogen Servicing Unit consists of an air drying and filtering system, purity monitoring and safety system, and control panel with the appropriate instrumentation for the unit to accomplish its designed task.
Auxiliary equipment includes: supply hose and adapters
The unit can provide up to 8.5 scfm of gaseous nitrogen at pressures up to 4500 psig.
